How do you normally charge for your service?
We provide fixed fee quotes for our advice and service. No hidden surprises. For those who want personal advice there is no charge for the first meeting. For those that aren’t interested and want a general advice/information meeting the first meeting is $220.
What makes your pricing competitive?
We don’t have large overheads and numerous staff. We focus on quality over quantity and are intentional with the clients we want to work with.

Gather all their financial information in a orderly fashion. Gather all their superannuation and life insurance statements. Complete an annual budget and risk profile questionnaire.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Your goals and objectives. Your current financial position. Where you’d like to be in 10 years time. Your financial complexities.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We have professional indemnity insurance. We endeavour to provide you with the best advice possible but no one is perfect. We can’t guarantee anything however, we can guarantee that we are honest and upfront and fully transparent with what we do.

We are highly qualified, highly experienced, honest and operate with integrity. Have been in business for over 10 years with no client complaints. Clients stay with us for the long term.

Because of our technical acumen, we were able to identify an opportunity in a client situation that lead to a payment of over $1 million. We got this because we took action before a certain date.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I enjoy working with real life people who have real life challenges. Financial planning requires hard skills and soft skills, and I enjoy both.
